Can I add more dogs?
Yes you can add up to two more dogs during the checkout process. When you add an extra dog you'll receive an extra bag of treats, an extra toy and an additional wellness/lifestyle accessory for each additional pup.
Can I add more treats or toys to my monthly box?
Yes, email us at bark@dogmomlifestyles.com and let us know how many bags of treats to add on. Each bag costs $8.99. Or look out for our monthly email that we send right before we build your box. There is an option to add more treats by replying to this email. You can also login to your account at any time and add extra gifts to your box.
When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 5th of each month. You will receive a reminder for renewal 3 days before billing.
What is the cut-off date to order for the following month?
The 15th of each month. So for example; if it’s June, then you have until June 15th to order for July. If it’s July, you have until July 15th to order for August.
When will my package arrive?
All monthly boxes and T-shirt club bags ship at the same time – on or around the 10th of the month – and it should take just a few days for your Dog Mom package to arrive on your doorstep!

We ship to Canada and internationally.
